Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a SNF assignment in Fremont, California. The 13-week contract requires 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts) with ASAP start. Active CA OT license and BLS/BCLS certification are required.
Weekly gross pay is based on 40 hours, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Medlivo Therapy offers medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401k, life insurance and holiday pay.
