Qualifications

• Eligibility to participate in a travel assignment within the United States.
• Ability to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility with interdisciplinary plans.
• Willingness to complete onboarding and credentialing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to residents under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Implement and update treatment plans, monitor responses, adjust activities.
• Prepare sessions, select equipment, maintain safe therapy environment.
• Document progress notes and communicate status to supervising OT and team.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to support resident goals.
