Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare LLC seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to travel to Albuquerque, NM for a 13-week assignment starting on 09/28/2026. Weekly pay ranges from $1,615 to $1,738 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 08:00-16:30, five days per week.

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility. As part of the assignment, you will provide OT services, assess and document progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team while adhering to privacy and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active COTA credential and NM license/registration.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility setting.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• NM caregivers account required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing setting under the plan of care.
• Assess, re-evaluate, and document resident progress; contribute to treatment plans and adjust interventions.
• Implement therapy plans, select modalities and equipment, and monitor safety and infection control.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and communicate changes to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records and ensure privacy/regulatory compliance.
• NM caregivers account as part of assignment requirements.
