Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Fortuna, CA. The OT will provide comprehensive, evidence-based interventions to help patients develop and recover daily living skills, working across diverse settings with ongoing support from a dedicated clinical team.

The role requires a valid OT license and BLS, with preferred qualifications including a Master's in OT and NBCOT certification.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• OTR Certification (NBCOT).
• OT Assistant experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized therapy plans based on assessments and goals.
• Deliver individualized OT interventions per treatment plan.
• Use adaptive techniques and devices to improve daily living.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team for holistic care.
