Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. seeks an experienced Operating Room RN with circulating experience in robotics, general surgery, GYN, and urology procedures. This travel assignment requires an active AZ or Compact RN license and BLS certification, with at least 2 years of OR experience and circulating duties.

The role includes a 13-week assignment, 3x12 hour days, and a monthly call schedule. Housing allowance, travel and licensure reimbursements are provided, with Cerner EMR in use and strict

Qualifications

• Active AZ or compact RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience.
• Circulating experience required.
• Experience in robotics, general surgery, GYN, and urology procedures required.
• No certifications expiring within first 30 days of start.
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Operating Room unit on a 13-week assignment.
• 3x12 day shift schedule from 0630 to 1900.
• Call requirement of 4-5 weekday call shifts and 2-3 weekend call shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a Saturday/Sunday) monthly, fluctuating with department staffing.
• Must return to hospital within 30 minutes of callback.
• Scrubs provided.
• Uses Cerner EMR.
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local travelers accepted.
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week.
• Not eligible if previously worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years.
