Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing in Arlington, Virginia is seeking a Travel OR RN for a 13-week assignment starting 10/12/2026. You will work 10-hour days, 40 hours per week, in a fast-paced operating room environment.

Eligible candidates have 18 months OR/acute care experience, an active RN license, a nursing degree, and BLS/ACLS certification. Benefits include weekly pay, housing options, health insurance, life and disability coverage, can include travel reimbursement and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Surgery setting.
• Active RN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS Certifications.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide OR nursing care before, during and after surgery.
• Serve as circulating and/or scrub nurse as needed.
• Educate patients about perioperative processes and care.
• Assist in the operating suite within sterile and non-sterile roles.
