Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Operating Room RN for a 13-week assignment in Pratt, Kansas. The role focuses on perioperative patient care, instrument handling, and collaboration with the surgical team to ensure safety and efficiency.

The OR RN will prepare the room, maintain sterile technique, and assist with patient positioning, documentation, and handoffs. Current RN license, BLS, and 1 year of OR experience are required.

Qualifications

• One year of recent OR RN experience
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating room for procedures and ensure equipment readiness
• Assist in patient positioning and safety during surgery
• Maintain sterile field and follow infection control protocols
• Monitor patient status and document changes during surgery
• Assist with instrument handling and turnover between cases
