Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel assignment in Clyde, North Carolina. The position covers 40 hours per week with 10-hour day shifts for an initial 13-week contract.

The RN will require eighteen months of acute care surgery experience, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications, with benefits including weekly pay, housing or housing allowance, health insurance, and credentialing support.

Qualifications

• 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Surgery setting.
• Active RN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide operating room nursing care before, during and after surgery.
• Serve as circulating or scrub nurse as needed.
• Educate patients and coordinate perioperative care within the OR team.
• Assist in maintaining sterile technique and equipment readiness.
