Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Operating Room RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Clyde, NC. You will provide perioperative care in a busy surgical unit, support the sterile process, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

This travel RN position offers competitive weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a dedicated clinical support team to assist you throughout your assignment starting 10/26/2026.

Qualifications

• One year of recent operating room nursing experience required.
• Valid RN license in good standing per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room with required instruments and sterile supplies.
• Assist in patient positioning and surgical preparation per procedure.
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols throughout surgery.
• Anticipate needs of the surgical team and provide instruments and supplies promptly.
• Document patient care and assist in handoffs during pre- and post-operative phases.
