Job summary

SriMatrix health has a travel opportunity for an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room at Enloe Medical Center in Chico, California. This 13-week assignment focuses on outpatient surgery with day shifts and 40 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have strong circulating and/or scrub experience, be comfortable in a fast-paced surgical environment, and may float to the Main OR as needed. Active CA RN license, BLS/CPR, and EPIC EMR proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license as required.
• Minimum 2 years recent OR experience.
• Previous travel nursing assignments preferred.
• Current BLS and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide peri-operative nursing care in outpatient surgery.
• Serve as Circulating RN and assist with scrub duties.
• Maintain patient safety and follow surgical protocols.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and team.
• Document using EPIC EMR system.
• Support patient flow in outpatient surgery.
• Float to Main OR as needed.
