Job summary

FirstChoice RNs are invited to join Trinity Health's mobile staffing program in Ann Arbor. The RN will float across hospital locations, delivering nursing care with emphasis on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Flexible schedules and premium compensation support work-life balance.

Start ASAP for 4x10 day shifts with a 12-week block. Travel and per diem opportunities are available; licensing costs may be reimbursed, with DailyPay options and 403B participation potential.

Qualifications

RN licensure required in applicable state(s)
Minimum 18 months recent Med Surg, Telemetry, or PCU clinical experience
Minimum 2 years for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal, ED, Behavioral Health

Responsibilities

Float throughout hospital/locations as needed
Apply professional nursing process: assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, evaluate
Act independently within license and experience, delegate and make decisions
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes
Demonstrate agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities
Embrace diversity and manage competing priorities
