Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice mobile staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for float assignments across hospital locations and regions, including Ann Arbor. Start ASAP with 3x12 night shifts and a 13-week schedule, with travel and regional opportunities available.

RNs must hold an active license in applicable states and meet specialty credential requirements (ACLS/PALS/BLS). Premium pay, flexible scheduling, and 403B benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain the credentials per specialty area (ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Apply nursing process: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license, scope of knowledge and experience.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to contribute to quality & improvement outcomes.
• Be agile and willing to take on new responsibilities.
• Embrace new ideas and manage competing priorities
