Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice in Ann Arbor, MI is recruiting experienced Registered Nurses for part-time Night shifts under our mobile staffing program. Positions offer premium compensation with flexible scheduling and travel/per diem opportunities.

Assignments vary across hospital locations within the Trinity Health system. Roles include float duties across Med Surg, Telemetry, PCU and other specialties, with 13-week blocks and start dates ASAP.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required credentials per specialty area; BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Work independently within license, scope of knowledge and experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Adapt to new ideas and manage competing priorities.
