TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Kalispell, MT. The position is for 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, with day shifts and an 8-hour schedule. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of recent acute care experience as a circulating or scrub nurse, and may qualify as RN first assistant.

ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications are preferred. As an OR Travel Nurse, you will collaborate with physicians and staff to support perioperative care and patient education,

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required or preferred.
• BLS certification required or preferred.
• NIH certification may be required before starting an assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care in the OR setting.
• Prepare, administer and record prescribed medications and report adverse reactions.
• Serve as liaison between patients' families and operating team.
