Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an OR Travel Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Billings, MT. The travel RN will support the operating room team, handling circulating, scrubbing, and possibly RN first assist duties as needed. Requires 1–2 years acute care experience and active RN license.

Expect 10-hour days, 40 hours per week, and a tax-free stipend with potential additional benefits. Travel experience preferred; BLS/ACLS certifications required or in process.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years acute care experience as circulating/scrub nurse or RNFA.
• Current RN license and BLS/ACLS as required.
• Travel nursing assignment in OR requires ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and staff in caring for surgical patients.
• Provide pre- and post-surgery care and education.
• Prepare, administer and record medications; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Ensure correct procedures on correct patient; coordinate with OR team.
