MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel assignment in Pittsburgh, PA. The role is a 13-week contract with 36 hours per week, nights, 12-hour shifts, and a travel employment type.

The RN should have 18 months of recent Acute Care Surgery experience, an active RN license, a nursing degree, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Benefits include weekly pay, housing options, health insurance, and credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Surgery setting.
• Active RN License
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS & ACLS Certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical patient care before, during, and after surgery.
• Serve as circulating nurse and/or scrub nurse as needed.
• Educate patients and families about perioperative care.
• Assist in handling and preparing operating instruments and equipment.
