Job summary

ARMStaffing is looking for a travel nurse RN specializing in Operating Room for a 13-week contract in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The role involves collaborating with surgical teams, monitoring vital signs, and providing patient education.

This position requires a minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience and 1 year of travel nursing. Benefits include medical coverage, onboarding support, and a 401k retirement plan. Shift consists of three 12-hour night shifts per week with alternating weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience within the last 3 years; 3 years preferred.
• Level 1 Trauma experience for at least 1 year within the last 3 years.
• At least 1 year of travel nursing experience within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care before, during, and after surgeries.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes during surgical procedures.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding surgical procedures and recovery.
