Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Operating Room RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Lafayette, IN. The travel RN will provide perioperative care, prepare the OR, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires one year of OR RN experience, Indiana RN licensure, and current BLS. Preferred certifications such as CNOR, ACLS, PALS may be advantageous.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an Operating Room RN.
• Current RN license in Indiana and compliance with state regulations.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room and ensure sterile field for procedures.
• Assist in positioning patients and maintaining safety during surgery.
• Manage instruments, supplies, and turnover between cases.
• Document perioperative care accurately and communicate handoffs.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure quality patient care.
