Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Lakeport, CA. The role requires CNOR certification, Epic EMR proficiency, and CA RN license. Prior travel and community hospital experience are preferred.

Shifts are 4x10 hours, 6:45 AM–5:15 PM, with on-call and rotating duties. Expect 1:1 patient ratio and primary OR responsibilities in a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• CNOR certification is required.
• CA RN license is required.
• 2+ years OR nursing experience.
• Prior travel nursing experience required.
• Epic EMR proficiency required.
• Community hospital experience preferred.
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide scrub and circulating support across multiple surgical specialties.
• Assist with minimally invasive and video-assisted techniques.
• Administer blood products and monitor conscious sedation and cardiac status as needed.
• Maintain infection control, radiation safety and universal protocol.
