Job summary

TotalMed RN in Mayfield Heights, OH is seeking an Operating Room travel nurse (OR RN) for a 13-week assignment. The role requires OR circulating/scrub experience and a willingness to travel. You will work 40 hours per week on day shifts, with 10-hour shifts.

As part of a staffing agency, you will support surgical teams, maintain aseptic technique, and educate patients and families pre- and post-op. This travel position offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits through TotalMed RN.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years acute care experience as circulating nurse or scrub nurse.
• BLS certification is required; additional certifications may be needed.
• 13-week travel assignment with 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and surgical staff in caring for patients during operations.
• Provide pre- and post-operative education and care.
• Prepare instruments, monitor patient during surgery, and ensure patient safety.
