ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Sylva, North Carolina. The RN will deliver high-quality surgical care in a 13-week contract, with 36 hours per week and 12-hour day shifts.

Requirements include an RN license and at least 1 year nursing experience, travel experience preferred, and OR experience is desirable. Benefits include health and retirement plans, onboarding support, and 24/7 clinician assistance.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience with at least one travel assignment preferred.
• Experience in the Operating Room is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures for specialties including C-sections, orthopedics, general surgery, urology, GYN, ENT (pediatric and adult), pain management, and dental (pediatric).
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Collaborate with the surgical team and contribute to a family-oriented culture.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of OR equipment.
• Participate in the call team for covering PTO days.
