Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Operating Room travel nurse (RN) for an OR travel position in Memphis, Tennessee. The assignment is 13 weeks with 36 hours per week and a 12-hour shift during the day.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of acute care experience as a circulating nurse, scrub nurse, or RN first assistant, and holds ACLS and BLS certifications. Travel rewards and a stipend may apply.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 2 years of acute care experience as circulating or scrub nurse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and operating room staff in caring for surgical patients.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care and education to patients.
• Perform duties of circulating or scrub OR nurse and assist RN First Assistant as applicable.
