Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland, OR seeks an experienced Operating Room Manager to lead a 160-person Surgical Services team and oversee patient care in a high-volume program. This exempt leadership role requires BSN, Oregon RN licensure, and strong first-line management experience; 5+ years preferred.

The position offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with about 50 hours weekly and a competitive benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Oregon RN License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.
• Minimum of recent first-line management experience.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for overall management and leadership of a unit or group of patient care units within Nursing Services.
• Lead a team of approximately 160 caregivers including associate nurse managers and a supervisor.
• Drive operational and quality outcomes in a fast-paced surgical environment.
