Job summary

Providence Portland Medical Center is seeking a Manager of the Operating Room to lead a team of about 160 caregivers across 21 operating suites. The role focuses on delivering high-quality surgical care and advancing robotic-assisted procedures within a Magnet-designated system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Must have recent first-line management experience.
• 3 years clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall management and leadership of a unit or group of patient care units within Nursing Services.
• Responsible for all clinical and operational activities in accordance with Providence mission, vision, and values.
• Lead a team of caregivers to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical care.
