Job summary

Intermedia Group Inc. is seeking an RN Manager for the Operating Room in Portland, Oregon. This exempt leadership role oversees a large team within a Magnet-designated hospital known for robotic-assisted and complex cancer surgeries.

The position offers relocation assistance and a $10,000 signing bonus, with a Monday–Friday day schedule averaging about 50 hours weekly to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License on hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association on hire.
• 5+ years RN experience in an OR or procedural area.
• Previous RN Manager experience.
• 1+ year of recent first-line management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of approximately 160 caregivers including 6 Associate Nurse Managers and a Surgical Services Supervisor.
• Lead the OR program with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and ~50 hours per week.
• Manage operations across 21 operating suites and support high-volume surgical cases.
• Support robotic-assisted and complex cancer surgeries across multiple service lines.
