- Bachelor's Degree in BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Must have recent first-line management experience.
- 3 years Clinical experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical and operational activities across a surgical program with 21 operating suites and 12,500+ annual cases.
- Lead approximately 160 caregivers, including six Associate Nurse Managers and a Surgical Services Supervisor.
- Drive patient safety, quality outcomes, and a culture of collaboration.
- Guide robotic-assisted surgery initiatives and complex cancer care pathways.
- Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with variable hours based on needs.
