Job summary
NurseAmerica Healthcare is seeking experienced Operating Room Registered Nurses for 12-week travel assignments in Pittsburgh, PA. These OR RNs will work rotating shifts, including weekend coverage and on-call responsibilities, and must hold a Pennsylvania RN license with OR and trauma experience.

Qualifications
- 2+ years OR experience within last 3 years.
- 1 year Level I Trauma experience within last 3 years.
- 1 year travel nursing experience within last 3 years.
- Current, active RN license eligible for practice in Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to ensure patient care.
- Prepare and maintain the operating room with available equipment and supplies.
- Monitor patients and respond to changes during perioperative care.
- Follow infection prevention, sterile technique, and patient safety protocols.
- Demonstrate clinical judgment in managing complex surgical cases.
- Maintain patient documentation and communicate with the healthcare team.
- Work rotating shifts, including weekends and on-call responsibilities.
