Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced RN for a General OR assignment in Ohio, requiring at least 3 years of recent OR experience and rotating call coverage.

Requirements include an active OH or compact RN license, current BLS and ACLS, and Epic EMR proficiency; robotic, neuro and ortho experience are preferred.

The role features four 10-hour shifts weekly (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM), rotating call, potential holiday call, floating to Genesis centers, and a 13-week assignment.

Qualifications

• Active OH or compact RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 3 years of recent OR experience
• Epic EMR proficiency
• Robotic, Neuro, and Ortho experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate in OR with general surgery and circulating duties
• Four 10-hour day shifts weekly (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Rotating call schedule including weekday and weekend responsibilities, split between Call 1 and Call 2
• Holiday call rotation may be required if a holiday occurs during the assignment
• Floating to Genesis surgery centers may be required as needed
• Scheduling may vary based on patient census and staffing needs
• Perform circulating and general OR nursing duties as part of the surgical team
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
