MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Pratt, Kansas. The position requires 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, for a 13-week assignment, starting 10/05/2026.

This travel role offers benefits and a chance to work with top healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate holds an RN license with 18 months of recent Acute Care Surgery experience, BLS and ACLS, and a nursing degree.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Surgery setting.
• Active RN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical patient care by assessing, planning, and implementing the nursing care before, during, and after surgery.
• Serve as educator, circulating nurse, and/or scrub nurse as needed.
• Circulating nurses work within the operating suite but outside the sterile field, while scrub nurses handle instruments within the sterile field.
