Job summary

Goldbelt Integrated Logistics Services (GbILS) seeks a Program Analyst II to support CDC in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will be placed as a GbILS contractor at a CDC facility and will report to GbILS senior leadership, handling division travel and O&M tasks on site at the CDC Chamblee Campus.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, travel policy knowledge, and experience with CONCUR, ICAP, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in federal domestic administrative or travel policies.
Minimum 2 years’ experience with CONCUR Government Edition system.
Experience in international travel policies and procedures.
Experience interacting with Federal Agency Travel Administrators (FATA).
Experience training others in systems, policies and/or procedures.
Knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations; working knowledge of government policies.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance, direction and training to Contractor personnel that provide travel support services.
Develop quality control systems to identify, track, report and communicate issues.
Review travel orders and vouchers for CDC approval and conduct quarterly reviews.
Assist with annual travel planning and cost data verifications.
Manage data in SharePoint/ICAP-related tools and propose improvements.
Attend CDC Travel Office or FATA trainings and disseminate information to the team.
Maintain calendars, respond to requests, and provide weekly reports for operations meetings.
Coordinate meeting/conference logistics and prepare materials for events.
Back up Executive Assistants as needed and monitor compliance with timelines.
