We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to own shift-level operations, coach 3-4 Team Leads, and ensure five-star client experiences while maintaining SLAs and driving process improvements as Ascend continues its rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in luxury travel and 2+ years in management.
• Strong Sabre proficiency.
• Experience coaching and developing team leads.
