Job summary

CI Azumano Travel, part of Seneca Holdings, seeks an Operations Manager to lead travel agency operations and develop team leaders and consultants. You will drive service levels, coach staff, and optimize performance while aligning with company standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 3–5 years related experience, a proactive approach to systems, and strong process-improvement focus. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor individual and team performance goals under guidance of the Director of Operations.
• Serve as SME when working with development, implementation, and technology.
• Coach travel consultants with feedback and skill development.
• Apply client policies and processes and assess impact of changes.
• Identify best practices and implement operational improvements.
• Oversee review of current work processes, seeking efficiency gains.
• Lead the team in reducing errors and measuring progress against goals.
• Take calls and answer emails as needed.
