Qualifications

• Ability to travel 65% of the time across the US.

Responsibilities

• Travel to advisor offices (~65%) to deliver onboarding training and support.
• Act as primary contact during onboarding engagements and answer questions.
• Lead training sessions for advisors and staff on onboarding workflows.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when needed.
• Process new accounts, transfers, and account feature setups.
• Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth processing.
• Maintain client records and respond to inquiries on status.
