Mohr Talent is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support advisor firms as they transition onto our platform. This remote, travel-heavy role offers hands-on onboarding training and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth account processing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to advisor offices (approximately 65% of the time) to deliver hands-on onboarding training and support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding engagements, answering operational and account setup questions.
• Lead training sessions for advisors and their staff on onboarding workflows and documentation requirements.
• Troubleshoot operational issues in real time and escalate complex matters when needed.
• Process new accounts, incoming transfers, direct rollovers, and account feature setups.
• Review and validate paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account processing.
• Maintain accurate client records and respond to advisor inquiries on account and transfer status.

Remote | 65% Travel | $28 - $32 /hr | Contract-to-Hire

A well established and growing wealth management and financial services organization is hiring multiple Client Onboarding Specialists to support advisor firms as they transition onto their platform. This is a fast moving, high-visibility contract opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, and strong potential to convert to a full-time role for top performers.

What You\u0027ll Do:

• Travel to advisor offices (approximately 65% of the time) to deliver hands-on onboarding training and support


• Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding engagements, answering operational and account setup questions
