Climate Pros, LLC is seeking a Service Technician – Commercial Refrigeration to service supermarket refrigeration, walk-ins, display cases, and rack systems. You will learn and apply company standards, work with experienced teammates, and advance through on-site training and assignments.

The role requires technical proficiency, safe work practices, and adherence to union work rules while delivering high-quality project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification required, Universal.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and refrigeration knowledge.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and schematics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good time management and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays per union rules.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, preventive maintenance, and inspections on commercial refrigeration systems.
• Repair and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and microprocessor components.
• Document service notes, photos, and materials for work orders.
• Adhere to safety, lockout/tagout, and union jobsite requirements.
• Travel to job sites within the assigned service area.
