Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide therapy services under supervision to support patient recovery and independence in New Jersey. You will deliver interventions, monitor progress, and educate patients and families as part of an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a current NBCOT certification, BLS, state licensure, and at least 1 year of COTA experience, with strong communication and ability to lift patients
