• Scrubs preferred; local candidates within 50 miles have reduced bill rate

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license for the state of Illinois required (license required if applicable)
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience required
• BLS certification required (can be completed upon hire)
• Negative drug screen required for all panels

Responsibilities

• Outpatient pediatric rehabilitation setting
• Patient population includes sensory processing challenges, brachial plexus injury, fine motor delay, Autism, and related diagnoses
• Caseload of up to 10 patients per day, including 45-minute treatments and 90-minute evaluations
• Monday-Friday schedule with a mix of 8:00-4:30 and 9:00-5:30 shifts
• EPIC EMR used
• No weekend requirement, though optional for those with inpatient experience
• No holiday coverage required
• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services to pediatric patients from birth to 18 years old
• OT Manager/Supervisor has limited onsite availability but is accessible as needed
• Department-specific orientation provided, including an orientation binder and assigned preceptor
• COTAs/Rehab Aides are not staffed on this unit
• Scrubs are preferred for dress code
• Local candidates accepted, with a reduced bill rate for those within 50 miles of the facility
• No radius restriction for assignment eligibility
