Job Details

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week from 10/05/2026 to 01/04/2027
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, current CA State License, BLS certification, a minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational therapy, including inpatient settings, and proficiency with the Epic charting system
• Preferred Qualifications: Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), experience with splint fabrication for post-operative cases, acute injuries, and chronic conditions, and treatment of a wide range of orthopedic upper extremity diagnoses spanning pre-teens through geriatric populations
• Additional Information: The role involves managing a patient ratio of approximately one patient per therapist, executing specialized procedures such as splint fabrication, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans. Candidate should be adept at assessment, discharge planning, home exercise program development, and patient/family education.
