Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) in the specified location. This position involves providing therapeutic services to adult inpatients, focusing on post-operative orthopedic aftercare, acute fractures, and hand/upper extremity injuries. The role includes working in a collaborative environment aiding patients through assessments, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 10/05/2026 and ending on 04/05/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, CA license in hand, 3 years of experience, and current BLS certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Hand/Upper Extremity Therapy from AOTA, CHT Certified Hand Therapist, and experience with adult outpatient and hand/UE conditions.
• Certifications: BLS, CHT Certified Hand Therapist, AOTA Hand/UE certification.
• Skills: Adaptive Equipment, Evaluation, Orthotics training and management, Therapeutic exercise, Manual therapy, Modalities including US, TENS, Biofeedback, Patient/Family Education, and Reassessment.
• Additional Information: Ability to float to related facilities may be required, with approval for any reassignment. Modules are non-billable and vary by unit; completion is mandatory pre-start and annually. Orientation begins at 4:00 PM PST on the Monday before the start date. Submit references from recent employers for rehire eligibility, with at least two references needed.
