Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD); licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per organization policy
• Preferred Qualifications: Two years of occupational therapy experience
• Additional Information: Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards, uses appropriate clinical techniques and tools, establishes individualized treatment plans, provides therapy interventions, and maintains comprehensive clinical documentation. Supervises assigned assistants and performs other related duties as assigned. All associates are required to receive necessary vaccinations as a condition of employment.
