Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Effingham, IL. You’ll evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy across settings to promote independence in daily living.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Occupational Therapy license in Illinois.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• NBCOT OTR Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions per treatment plan.
• Provide hands-on therapy using adaptive techniques and assistive devices.
