Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Taylorville, IL. The OT will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy across settings to maximize independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Illinois.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy is preferred; NBCOT/OTR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and adjust personalized therapy plans based on assessments and patient goals.
• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions and treatments.
• Use adaptive techniques and equipment to improve daily living skills.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and strategies for independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for holistic care.
• Track progress and update treatment plans; document in medical records.
