Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a Home Health position requiring OH state licensure and at least one year of acute care OT experience.

The OT will cover Springfield, South Charleston, and North Lewisburg, Ohio, with a full‑time schedule on day shifts (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM). Driver’s license and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current OH state license required prior to start, pending licenses not accepted.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an OT in an acute care setting required.
• Home care experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance with candidate listed as a driver required.
• Strong communication skills with patients, families, physicians, and co-workers.
• Sound clinical judgment and knowledge of therapy best practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services in patients' homes across assigned Ohio communities.
• Home Health setting covering Springfield, South Charleston, and North Lewisburg, Ohio.
• Full time schedule, Monday through Friday, Day shift 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• HomeCare HomeBase charting experience preferred but not required.
• Identify issues and implement effective solutions independently.
• Demonstrate strong prioritization and time management.
