Always Best Care of Greater Cleveland is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver home-based therapy across Ohio. You will evaluate patients, set goals, and provide therapy in real-life home environments, collaborating with families and care teams.
Responsibilities include supervising OTAs, educating patients and caregivers, documenting outcomes, and helping patients regain independence in daily activities. CPR certification and Ohio licensure required.
Are you an Occupational Therapist who believes therapy is about more than exercises and paperwork?
Do you enjoy helping people regain independence, reach their goals, and feel confident doing the things that matter most to them?
Then we’d love to have you on our team.
As our Occupational Therapist, you'll bring therapy directly to patients where they live—their homes and communities.
You’ll:
Every home is different, which means you never know what your next day might look like.
We're looking for an OT who is:
Forget spending your entire day in the same four walls.
As a home-health OT, your patients' homes become your therapy room.
One visit might involve helping someone safely navigate their kitchen. Another might mean working on dressing, mobility, adaptive equipment, or everyday activities that help a patient live more independently.
You're not just treating a diagnosis—you’re helping people function in the place where life actually happens.
You’ll have the opportunity to work independently while still having support from the therapy team and leadership.
Professionalism. Compassion. Independence. Teamwork. Patient-centered care.
If you're an OT who wants your work to make a real difference in people's everyday lives, we'd love to hear from you.
This position requires a valid Ohio Occupational Therapist license, current CPR certification, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance meeting Ohio requirements.
