American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a Home Health position in Hermiston, OR. The role requires 2+ years of experience and a valid driver's license for in-home patient visits.

Graduate of an accredited OT curriculum and eligibility for the National Registration Examination are required, with licensure if applicable. The schedule is a day shift, Monday through Friday with weekend rotation, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Home Health setting providing patient care in patients' homes
• Day shift, Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with weekend rotation
• 5 shifts per week at 8 hours per shift
• Must work Thanksgiving and New Year's holidays
• Interdisciplinary team collaboration for coordinated patient care
• Evaluate patients' functional status and interpret and implement physician's plan of care
• Complete assessments and reassessments based on objective tests and measurements
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team members individually and through team meetings
• Provide education and direction to patients and coworkers
• Work both independently and collaboratively
• Complete accurate and concise documentation of all treatment activities
• Adapt to emergency situations and changes in patient condition
• CRASE training required if assignment extends beyond 6 months
