• Provide occupational therapy services in an outpatient rehabilitation setting to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Address rehabilitation needs with a focus on functional outcomes, with emphasis on orthopedic/hand therapy when appropriate.
• Conduct patient evaluations, establish goals, document progress, and adjust plans based on patient response.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, activity modification, and safety to support ongoing recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, discharge planning, and referrals as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements; uphold safety and infection control standards.

Weekly pay ranges from $2,118 to $2,229 per week, with a standard shift of Days, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week). The assignment is in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, with the potential to spend a couple of days per week at an additional office location based on the needs and your skill set.
