Job summary

Candidates must hold an active OT license, be eligible to travel, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while delivering OT services across diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active occupational therapy license in the applicable state.
  • Eligible to practice as a traveling clinician in the United States.
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Ability to work in a clinical inpatient setting and contribute to an interdisciplinary team.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
  • Experience delivering OT services to diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients and develop evidence-based OT treatment plans to restore and improve physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.
  • Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs; track progress and document outcomes.
  • Implement a range of therapeutic interventions addressing fine motor skills, ADLs, and upper-extremity function; adjust plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; co-lead patient groups when appropriate.
  • Monitor safety, regulatory compliance, and discharge planning; communicate progress to the care team.
