Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy evaluations and treatment to adult patients, focusing on ADLs, mobility, and functional independence.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; monitor progress and adjust goals as needed.
• Apply orthopedic/hand therapy approaches when applicable; utilize evidence-based interventions to support recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and other rehabilitation team members to coordinate care and ensure patient safety.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to privacy, safety, and professional standards.
