Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week assignment in Washington, DC. You will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based OT interventions to improve daily living activities.

Must hold valid OT license and BLS, with NBCOT preferred.

Formación

• Valid OT license per state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• OTR Certification (NBCOT) preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Create personalized therapy plans based on patient assessments and goals.
• Deliver individualized OT interventions per treatment plan.
• Use adaptive techniques and devices to improve daily living skills.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team for holistic care.
• Track progress and document in medical records.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Assist in discharge planning for transitions.
