Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for Arlington, VA. The assignment is 13 weeks with potential extension, offering exposure to a dynamic rehab team and convenient access to Washington, D.C.

You will deliver high-quality OT services, evaluate patients, design treatment and discharge plans, document thoroughly, supervise COTAs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited OT program (MOT/OTD).
• Active Virginia OT license or eligible to obtain.
• Excellent clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and referrals.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Accurately document all services in a timely manner.
• Supervise and support COTAs per practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and documentation standards.
